Katherine began her career in manufacturing on the engineering side of the business, designing circuit boards and injection-molded components. In this role, she collaborated closely with teams across manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and sales, gaining a broad understanding of the industry. During this time, she was also introduced to the distribution channel—an experience that would later shape her career path.
Building on this diverse technical background, Katherine transitioned into a sales role in the packaging industry and eventually into sales leadership at PHOENIX Closures.
For the past seven years, Katherine has led the PHOENIX Distribution Sales Team, where she has played a key role in strengthening partnerships and supporting the growth of the distribution network.
During this time, she has also been a dedicated supporter of the National Association of Container Distributors (NACD). Katherine is a strong advocate for the organization, exemplifying the values of collaboration and leadership. She also serves on the NACD Industry Advisory Council, contributing her expertise and perspective to help guide the organization and the industry forward.
